Rachelina Bonacci, Executive Director of the Howard County Tourism Council, contributes expertise in communications, public relations, event management and marketing to FIRN’s Board, building upon her award-winning professional experience in Howard County and with national corporations and associations. She has served on the board or advisory committee of most Howard County signature events. A graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore County and an alumni of Leadership Howard County, Rachelina is fluent in Spanish and Italian, in addition to English.
